The Brice Fitness offers a Personal Trainer system based on Richard’s unique combination of intensity, expertise, and service. He never makes a client do an exercise he hasn’t done himself thousands of times and he doesn’t push any client harder than he pushes himself. His nutrition appraoch uses a combination of thechniques from the most up to date methods available including BioSignature modulation. This level of enthusiasm is contagious. As a result of his training, most clients will tell you it has completely changed their understanding of what is really needed to get the body they dreamed of.
